Who can use Tat2Portal?
Tat2Portal is a member-only platform. Every person using the product is an authenticated member account.
Are artists and clients separate account systems?
No. Tat2Portal uses one membership model. Professional capabilities add workflow tools to a member account; they do not create a separate identity system.
Where do I manage my account?
Members use Settings for account, privacy, messaging, security, dependents or service recipients, and legal acknowledgements.
Can Tat2Portal replace professional judgment or shop policy?
No. Tat2Portal provides infrastructure for workflow, records, discovery, messaging, and payment support. Professionals remain responsible for their own work, shop policies, and client communication.
Who should I ask about appointment terms, deposits, refunds, or cancellation expectations?
Ask the Professional Member providing the service. Tat2Portal does not define shop-specific service terms on this Help page.

How do I find professionals?
Use Discovery to browse member-gated professional surfaces and availability signals where available.
Where do messages live?
Use Messages for platform conversations with other members when messaging is available for your account context.
Can I manage service recipients from my account?
Settings includes Dependents / Service Recipients for adult-managed recipient records and related questionnaire details.
Where do my records come from?
Procedure-specific records are created through the professional workflow, including After Session documentation after a service is performed.

What is the professional workflow?
The operational workflow is Appointments, In Session, After Session, and Payment / Checkout. These are Shell workflow modules, not standalone pages.
When is procedure documentation created?
After Session is the record stage. It receives and preserves the completed procedure and materials information.
Does Payment decide whether the procedure record exists?
No. Payment / Checkout records transaction settlement. Payment success or failure does not determine whether the procedure record exists.
Where do I manage professional tools?
Settings includes professional sections such as Professional Profile, Profile Gallery, Inventory, Locations, Schedule Controls, Payments, Records, Client History, and Compliance when professional capability is active.
Are shops platform identities?
No. Shops and work locations are operational context. The Professional Member remains the platform identity for the work they perform.
