REQUIREMENT TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may not perform services, accept clients, or use Tat2Portal for
professional activity unless you accept this agreement.

Use of the platform as a professional constitutes agreement to all terms
outlined in this section.

If you do not agree, you may not use Tat2Portal in a professional capacity.


WHAT THIS AGREEMENT IS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This agreement defines:

  — your responsibilities as a professional member
  — the standards required to use the platform
  — how the Tat2Portal system operates and how it applies to your work

Tat2Portal provides a structured system that supports your professional
identity, your workflow, your records, and your visibility within the network.

This agreement establishes the relationship between you as a professional
member and Tat2Portal as the network you are joining.


WHAT TAT2PORTAL PROVIDES TO PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As a professional member of the Tat2Portal network, you receive:

  Identity
  A permanent Tat@ handle assigned at registration. This is your identity
  within the network. It is unique to you, linked to all of your records,
  and yours to use in promoting and advertising your professional services.

  Appointment and Workflow Infrastructure
  A structured system for creating, managing, and completing appointments.
  The appointment is the root of your operational workflow. All session
  activity, compliance documentation, and billing attach to it.

  Billing Logic and Cadence Management
  The platform manages billing structure and cadence on your behalf. This
  includes hourly and flat-fee billing models, hold and deposit logic, and
  payment flow management. Billing configuration belongs to you. The platform
  executes the logic you set.

  Documentation and Compliance Storage
  The platform stores your compliance records, session documentation, and
  appointment history. These records are yours. Tat2Portal holds them on
  your behalf as a membership service and makes them retrievable on demand.

  Network Visibility
  Your professional profile is visible within the Tat2Portal network.
  Clients can find you, view your portfolio, see your availability, and
  initiate contact through the platform.

  Discovery and Live Availability
  If you choose to enable location services, the platform makes you
  discoverable to clients on the map in real time and displays your live
  availability status. This feature is optional. It requires you to grant
  location permission. Enabling it makes you visible. Disabling it removes
  that visibility. That choice is always yours.

Visibility inside the network may vary based on your discovery settings, location permissions, membership state, and future platform configuration. Tat2Portal professional profiles are member-gated network surfaces and are not publicly accessible outside the network unless platform direction changes in the future.


WHAT TAT2PORTAL IS NOT

Tat2Portal is the network. It is not a party to the services you perform.

  — Tat2Portal is not a payment processor. It facilitates billing logic
    and routes transactions through third-party processors. It does not
    hold, control, or process funds directly.

  — Tat2Portal is not a compliance authority. It stores the documents
    you provide. It does not verify their validity, certify their
    accuracy, or guarantee that they satisfy any legal or regulatory
    requirement.

  — Tat2Portal is not a regulatory body. Compliance with your local
    governing body, health department, or any applicable law is your
    responsibility alone.

  — Tat2Portal is not a party to member transactions. When you perform
    a service for a client, that is a transaction between two members
    of the network. The platform provides the infrastructure. It is not
    involved in the transaction itself.


YOUR TAT@ HANDLE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your Tat@ handle is your permanent identity within the Tat2Portal network.

You have the right to use your Tat@ handle in your own advertising,
promotion, and professional communications.

Tat2Portal reserves the right to use member Tat@ handles in the promotion
and advertising of the network itself. This includes but is not limited to
platform marketing, discovery features, and network growth activities.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROFESSIONAL MEMBER
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your appointments, your billing configuration, your compliance documents,
and your session records belong to you. The platform stores and structures
them. You are responsible for their accuracy and completeness.

You are responsible for keeping your profile information honest and current.
This includes your credentials, the services you are qualified to perform,
and your availability.

You own your professional identity on this platform. How you present
yourself to clients and to the network is your responsibility.


CODE OF CONDUCT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tat2Portal does not govern how you run your business. That is yours.

What the platform does require is that you operate within it lawfully,
honestly, and with basic respect for the rights of others.

As a professional member you agree to:

  — Not violate the rights of any other member or any other person
    through your use of this platform.

  — Not use the platform in violation of any applicable law, regulation,
    or local code.

  — Maintain compliance with your local governing body and health
    department as required by the jurisdiction in which you operate.
    That obligation exists independently of this platform. Tat2Portal
    does not create it and cannot satisfy it on your behalf.

  — Not misrepresent yourself, your credentials, or your services to
    clients or to the platform.

  — Not misrepresent Tat2Portal or use the platform in a way that
    damages the integrity of the network or misleads other members.


UPDATES TO THIS AGREEMENT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tat2Portal may update these professional rules at any time.

When this agreement is updated, you will be notified and required to review
and re-acknowledge the updated terms before continuing to use the platform
in a professional capacity.

Your continued use of the platform as a professional member following
re-acknowledgment constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
